Moscow authorities ban antiwar picket again

The prefecture of Moscow's Central Administrative District refused for the third time to consider an application for the holding of a picket against war in Chechnya.

Organizers of the action of the Committee for Antiwar Actions will go on Pushkinskaya Square without banners on March 25. Their only means of agitation will be breast badges. Two previous pickets, on March 11 and 18, were banned by the authorities as well.
