Court blames website "Ingushetiyaru.org" as extremist one

According to the Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia, the website "Ingushetiyaru.org", owned by the Ingush oppositionist Magomed Khazbiev, was recognized as extremist by the court.

The Office does not specify any particular publications of the website, which provoked the above decision, however, states that materials with attributes of extremism had been repeatedly revealed in the texts of the website "Ingushetiyaru.org".

Therefore, the Prosecutor's Office has petitioned on recognition of the website as extremist; and the Magas District Court has granted the petition, the website of the Prosecutor's Office of Ingushetia reports today.

So far, Magomed Khazbiev has made no comments on the ruling of the court.
