In Astrakhan, two officials suspected of falsifying USE results
In Astrakhan, pre-investigatory check is carried out on suspicion of substitution of the test results and filling out forms on behalf of pupils during the Unified State Exam (USE) in biology. Two officials are suspected of misconduct, the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has reported that in the Astrakhan Region, violations were revealed in conducting the USE in biology: the work of one of the pupils had signs of forgery. Commission members assumed that the forgery had been carried in by a stranger, since the schoolboy did not come out at the time of the exam.
"We received information about misconduct of the head of the Department of General and Extended Education of the Committee of Education and Science of the Astrakhan Region and of the head of the station for conducting the Unified State Exam in the territory of the Astrakhan Region," the ICRF reports.
In the course of the inspection of the incident place, examination papers were taken from the classroom to conduct handwriting analysis, the ICRF's website reports.
The incident took place in the gymnasium No. 1. The head of the station for conducting the USE was dismissed. It was also decided to change the assignment of the heads of the stations for conducting the USE in Astrakhan, the "Rosbalt" reports.
