In Dagestan, suspected militant, not approved by Adaptation Commission, to face trail
In the criminal case against Sharaputdin Dibirmagomedov, the resident of Dagestan, the indictment under eleven Articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was approved. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of the republic.
Let us remind you that on February 21, at the meeting of the Commission to assist in adapting to civilian life the persons, who decided to stop their terrorist and extremist activities in the territory of Dagestan, held in Makhachkala, Sharaputdin Dibirmagomedov's motion was dismissed, since he refused to cooperate with investigators and refused to admit his guilt.
According to some members of the Commission, Sharaputdin Dibirmagomedov and four other members of illegal armed formations (IAFs), whose motions were dismissed, "were not completely honest." This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Rizvan Kurbanov, the head of the Commission. Meanwhile, he has stressed that representatives of the power structures were against granting the motions filed by five applicants.
Sharaputdin Dibirmagomedov face charges under eleven Articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including the Articles of "Participation in IAFs", "Trafficking in arms", "Murder of two or more persons, committed by a group of persons by prior concert."
