Mingaev dismissed from his post after scandal at "Evropieskiy" Trading Centre
The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has dismissed Tamerlan Mingaev from his post of Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the Chechen Republic under the Russian President. The dismissal has to do with the improper conduct of his wife Madina Mingaeva, said Ramzan Kadyrov.
"Today I've fired Mingaev; his resignation is caused by improper conduct of his wife Madina Mingaeva. I'm outraged about Mingaeva's conversation. This is not the language of a Chechen woman and a Chechen mother. This is a vulgar language. She behaved in an exclusively unworthy manner. Being a Chechen woman, she should know that all this is contrary to our moral and ethical standards," the official website of the President and Government of the Chechen Republic is quoting today Ramzan Kadyrov's words.
Madina Mingaeva's husband cannot be in his team, said Ramzan Kadyrov.
However, the head of Chechnya condemned the activists of the movement who fight against traffic violators. According to his story, only GIBDD (traffic police) inspectors and other officials vested to do it by the law should deal with violators of traffic and parking rules.
"The behaviour of certain groups, who, under the guise of fighting the rules violators, provoke motorists, forcing them to make sharp remarks," said Kadyrov.
He stressed that "in spite of everything, Mingaeva should have not allowed to get drawn into a conflict situation," the RIA "Novosti" reports.
