In context of double terror act Dagestan announces mourning on May 5
President of Dagestan Магомедсалам Магомедов has visited the victims of the double terror act, who were taken to City Hospital No. 2 of Makhachkala. According to his decision, May 5 was announced to be the day of mourning.
All the victims are receiving the necessary medical care and material help, said the republic's leader. "Both in this hospital, where we are now, and in other ones we have professional team of doctors. They have everything they need to render help, and they do it," said the President of Dagestan.
Two persons have been taken to the medical centre of the city of Beslan; if necessary, victims will be taken to any medical institution in the country, where they have more advanced technologies.
"This terror act is an attempt to disrupt the social dialogue, established within the Islamic community of the republic. We expect that the participants in this dialogue will condemn the incident. The most correct and appropriate answer will be to strike terrorists back," concluded Magomedsalam Magomedov.
