Fight of activists of"StopKHAM" with relatives of Chechen official in Moscow is actively discussed in the Runet

Internet users are discussing the incident with a fight at the mall "Evropeiskiy" in Moscowin the course of the campaign for observance of traffic rules launched by activists of the public movement "StopKHAM" (Stop Caveman!). Bloggers believe that the incident was kindled by the wife and son of Tamerlan Mingaev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the ChechenRepublic under the President of Russia.

The campaign "StopKHAM" was launched in Russia in 2010. The video taken by the members of the movement "StopKHAM" and posted on the YouTube, which was watched already by 321,243 visitors, shows activists tagging stickers to illegally parked cars.

One of the infringers near the "Evropeiskiy" – a woman in an expensive foreign-made car –categorically refused to park her car properly. Young people in a Porsche Cayenne car came to her help and attacked the activists, threatening and demanding to delete the video.

One blogger asserts that the woman who demanded from activists to erase the video, threatening to "get them from under the earth" and "pull out legs", isMadina Mingaeva, and the young man who came to her rescue is Islam Mingaev. Bloggers believe that the heroes are the wife and son ofTamerlan Mingaev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the ChechenRepublic under the President of Russia.

"We've recognized the heroes of the video: the woman who promises to cut off legs is Madina Mingaeva; the guy who arrived in the luxurious car is Islam Mingaev, his nickname is vkontaktik http://vk.com/nohchi777; funny photos can be found there, for example, with a famous academician. Most likely, they are the wife and son of Tamerlan Mingaev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the ChechenRepublic under the President of Russia,"the author of the blogTechnomad writes in the Livejournal.

According to Ilya Fadeev, the coordinator of the project "StopKHAM", after the incident, all the fighters dispersed peacefully. He did not rule out that the activists would complain to the police about the young man who threatened one of the activists "to knife all his family." However, he has emphasized that prosecution of offenders is outside the scope of the "StopKHAM", writes the "Russian News Service".

So far, there are no comments of Tamerlan Mingaev and his relatives about the incident.

"I know the Mingaev family as a respectable one; and in this case, in my opinion, there was a provocation: such situations don't arise on level ground," the RIA "Novosti" quotes a representative of the government of Chechnya.

The campaign "StopKHAM" causes sharp criticism amidst the community of motorists. In particular, Sergey Kanaev, the leader of the Federation of Car-Owners of Russia (FCOR), treated the activists' actions as hooliganism and damage of property, the website "Kolesa.ru" writes.

At the same time, the activists of the movement believe that their stickers make no harm and encourage drivers to park on the rules, so as not to interfere with other cars and pedestrians.
