Nagorno-Karabakh to elect its president of on July 19
Today, the regular plenary session of the National Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh determined the date of the next presidential election.
"The upcoming election of President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, scheduled for July 19, will be the most important event in 2012 for us. We are confident that people will make the right choice," stated Ashot Gulyan, Speaker of the Karabakh Parliament.
He has emphasized that everything must be done to ensure that the election, like earlier, would be held at high level and comply with all democratic standards, like all elections held in Nagorno-Karabakh.
