Reception of Krasnodar residents by ICRF bosses lasted till 4 in the morning
On March 23, the personal reception of local citizens by Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and his deputy Boris Karnaukhov, was over only in early morning today. In total 62 persons were listened to; and about fifty more left their written complaints and petitions addressed to the ICRF bosses.
By the start of reception, scheduled for 10 a.m. on March 23, about two hundred people gathered in front of Investigatory Department for the Krasnodar Territory of the ICRF. The main problems brought by them were falsification of criminal cases, corruption, seizure of property, refusal to initiate criminal cases and idleness of investigatory bodies.
The participants expressed their intention not to disperse until personally received by Mr Bastrykin. As a result, the process continued long after midnight.
In total the Chairman of the ICRF Alexander Bastrykin personally received 54 people; his deputy Boris Karnaukhov – 8 persons; the press service of the ICRF reports.
Alexander Bastrykin pays special attention to the Krasnodar Territory after the resonant massacre committed in the village of Kuschevskaya in November 2010, when in the course of investigating the massacre investigators solved dozens of earlier crimes.
