Astrakhan, hunger-strikers are 18 in number already
On March 22, in Astrakhan, two persons stopped participating in the indefinite hunger strike because of their health and family reasons. However, other three Astrakhan residents joined the participants of the protest action. Thus, the number of protestors on hunger strike has increased up to 18 persons.
On March 21, other two Astrakhan residents joined the participants of the political hunger strike, and the number of the protestors on hunger strike reached 17 persons. On March 22, after calling an ambulance, Galiya Khabibulaeva stopped her hunger strike, and Victoria Anikina was unable to continue her hunger strike because of illness of her child.
However, other persons – Mikhail Anisenko, Tatiana Spirina, and Sergey Vavilov – joined the protestors on the hunger strike.
During the week, representatives of the city and regional administrative institutions failed to start any dialogue with the participants of the hunger strike.
