North Ossetia: 14 victims of armed conflict in 2011
In 2011, at least 14 persons fell victim of the armed conflict in North Ossetia, of whom 4 persons were killed and 10 more injured. These are the results of calculations of the "Caucasian Knot", based on the data from its own correspondents and information from open sources.
In 2011, North Ossetia learnt about one liquidated member of the armed underground. According to law enforcement bodies, in 2011, there were no detentions of persons involved in the armed underground.
Last year, at least 5 power agents of North Ossetia were injured in the course of special operations; there were no casualties.
Civilians also fall victim of the conflict: in 2011, there were at least 8 of them in North Ossetia – three casualties and five wounded persons.
