Mamuka Glonti leaves the post of General Producer of "Maestro" Georgian TV Channel
Mamuka Glonti, the founder of the "Maestro" TV Company and one of its stakeholders, has announced his resignation as the general producer of the TV channel.
Mr Glonti has associated his decision with the fact that "his presence at the TV channel in throwing shadow on him and his colleagues."
"For me, even the opinion of a single person is important. Therefore, I announce to the public that I leave my post at the "Maestro" and remain there just as an adviser; this is because I don't try to escape responsibility in such a difficult period," said Glonti.
According to his story, the "Maestro" will be run by Ilya Kikabidze, Director General, and Eka Akobiya, the "News-Georgia" reports.
Nevertheless, Mamuka Glonti reserves in his possession 15 percent of the "Maestro" stock, the "Echo of the Caucasus" reports.
