Consideration of appeal on "Kadyrov vs. Orlov" case to continue on December 5
The next court hearing on the appeal complaint lodged by the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov against the acquittal sentence to the head of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" Oleg Orlov will take place on December 5 at 11:00 a.m.
The session on October 28 listened to evidences of the prosecution witnesses, who had been interrogated at the first instance.
It is expected that the sessions on December 5, 6 and 8 will listen to witnesses' evidences, the petitions on whose questioning were moved already at the cassation instance.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that sessions of the Court of Appeal on the "Kadyrov vs. Orlov" case had been cancelled twice because the judge was busy in another trial.
