Mayor’s office of Sochi will grant 25 land parcels to families having many children
During an extraordinary session of Municipal Assembly of Sochi on December, 1, a list of 25 fully formed land parcels with cadastral records for granting to families with many children was adopted.
According to Roman Ryabtsev, Head of the Department of property relations of Sochi Municipal Administration, these 25 land parcels will be transferred to the possession of parents with many children who will have a free hand in using them.
In particular, they will be able to cede the right of long-term leasing the land, ITAR-TASS reports.
The Municipal Administration was commissioned with working out and presenting a legal act regulating the order of allotment land parcels to families having many children within a week, official web-site of Municipal Assembly of Sochi reports.
