Public prosecutor at a trial on the case of kidnapping natives of Armenia demanded 11 to 20 years of custody for the defendants
Juridical investigation on the case of servicemen of riot squad accused of kidnapping natives of Armenia in Moscow for the purpose of getting a ransom is over. This was declared by the judge at the end of the hearings on November, 29, after interrogation of defendant Akop Meliksetyan considered organizer of kidnapping by the investigation.

Public prosecutor asked the court to impose a penalty in from of custody in a strict regime colony on all the defendants on the case of riot squad accused of kidnapping natives of Armenia in Moscow for the purpose of getting a ransom.
Public prosecutor demanded to sentence Meliksetyan to 20 years of custody, Kotov to 19 years, Otrakovsky to 18 years, Karmanov to 11 years, Dozorov to 19 years, Demidenkov to 11 years and Voskanyan to 17 years of custody in a strict regime colony, the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent reports.
