Blogger Alexei Dudko transferred to quarantine unit of his future colony
The blogger Alexei Dudko, sentenced to six years in colony, was placed to the quarantine unit of the Federal Correction Institution Corrective Colony No. 17, located near the city of Kirov. According to his wife Madina Bokova, in this way they prepare Dudko for transfer to the colony.
Let us remind you that Alexei Dudko, known on the Internet under the nickname ingushetiya_ru, was indicted on three points: unlawful possession of drugs and firearms, and the same offences, committed by a group of persons by previous concert. The sentence was passed on June 10; however, the blogger's advocates lodged a cassation complaint against the decision of the court. On September 21, the Moscow City Court upheld the verdict.
"Prior to place inmates to the colony, they first place them into the quarantine unit, where the regime is somewhat softer. They are prepared for placement to the colony ("zone", as they call it)," Ms Bokova explained to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to her story, she communicates with her husband and sends parcels to him. She added that her husband has no health problems.
