Public Boards are set up at Chechen Interior Units
Chechen cities and districts have started forming Public Boards at the MIA units, the local law enforcement bodies report.
Formation of Public Boards is undertaken under the July 28 Decree of the Russian President, the MIA has explained.
In this regard, until November 25, all the city and district MIA units are receiving proposals from citizens, public associations and organizations on candidates for the created Public Boards.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that foreigners, minors, state officers, judges, parliamentarians (deputies) and the persons subjected to criminal liability under later unstopped cases or not acquitted by the court are not eligible to be members of Public Boards.
