In Vladikavkaz, road accident turns into mass brawl
In the capital of North Ossetia, a mass brawl burst out in the place of a road accident involving residents of Ingushetia; several persons were taken to hospital, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
Today around 8:30 p.m. Moscow time, at the entrance to Vladikavkaz, a road accident took place involving the residents of Ingushetia, who were returning from the village of Kartsa home to their republic. The accident turned into a quarrel, which grew into a mass brawl.
The place was visited by power agents, victims' relatives and residents of nearby villages.
An eyewitness of the accident told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that 6 beaten persons were hospitalized, including a 16-year-old guy from Kartsa. "His jaw was broken by a blow with a machinegun butt," said the source. "Another victim was hospitalized with broken ribs."
The eyewitness has added that "employees of the road-and-post police were instigators of the fight."
