Turkey receives humanitarian aid from Azerbaijan

On October 29, a humanitarian aid motor convoy of 40 vehicles from Azerbaijan reached the earthquake zone in the Turkish Province of Van.

According to the Azerbaijani Ministry for Emergencies (MfE), at present, the delivered humanitarian aid is transferred to the destination. Residents of the Province suffered in the devastating earthquake receive the humanitarian aid.

In total, the motor convoy delivered to Turkey 1000 tents (24 square meters each), 40 generators, 40 sets of kitchen accessories and more than 2000 blankets, the "Apa.az" reports.

The total amount of the humanitarian aid sent to Turkey from Azerbaijan makes 1.7 million US dollars, the "Aze.az" reports.
