Unidentified people in Dagestan kidnapped a resident of the settlement of Shamkhal
On October, 27, unidentified people wearing camouflage uniforms kidnapped a resident of the settlement of Shamkhal-station, Kirovsky district of Makhachkala, Rizvan Abusupianov, father of four underage children. This was reported by Shamsuddin Magomedov, another resident of the settlement of Shamkhal-station.
According to him, Rizvan Abusupianov worked at "Tsumadinsky" market selling cosmetics. "Rizvan usually started for Makhachkala in his "Zhiguli" ninth model car in the morning and returned home in the evening. There have never been any changes to this regime but last evening he did not come back home very long. When his relatives went to the market eyewitnesses reported that Rizvan was kidnapped by armed people wearing camouflage uniforms. His car disappeared, too", Shamsuddin Magomedov said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
He added that Abusypianov was a rigorous Moslem and had no records in local Department of Interior Affairs.
Representatives of Press service of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Dagestan said that they knew nothing of the incident.
It should be reminded that Sheihulislam Abusupianov, resident of the settlement of Chernyaevka, Kizlyar district, the kidnapped man's brother, also disappeared on November, 18, 2010, and was two days later found dead with traces of terrible tortures at the bank of the Terek river in his own car. The victim's relatives spoke of possible involvement of law enforcement personnel of Dagestan in his disappearance.
