In Dagestan, unidentified persons in camouflage and masks kidnap local resident
Yesterday, on October 20, near the tax inspection office in the city of Dagestanskie Ogni, Ramazan Pashaevich Ramazanov, a local resident, born in 1983, was kidnapped by people in camouflage and masks in the eyes of his mother. This was reported by Magomed Khanmagomedov, a special correspondent of the newspaper "Chernovik" (Draft).
According to him, the incident occurred at about 12:30 a.m.
The Ramazanov's car was blocked by a Zhiguli car of silver colour, and Ramazan had to stop. At that moment, fighters of the special combat team, who were standing nearby, ran up to him, grasped his arms, forced him into the car and drove away to some unknown destination.
Besides, they hijacked Ramazanov's car. The road police officers watched the incident.
According to Pasha Ramazanov, Ramazan's father, "straight before the kidnapping, policemen in the presence of Ramazan's relatives and mother, who were in the passenger compartment of the car, inspected the car and found nothing".
Pasha Ramazanov has noted that his son was a religious man. In six days, he was going to go to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj; he is married and he is bringing up two children.
The relatives of Ramazanov filed a written petition on the fact of kidnapping, addressing it to Andrei Nazarov, Republic's Prosecutor, to the Investigatory Committee and to the Department of the FSB of Dagestan. The local branch of the FSB and other law enforcement agencies told the relatives that they have no information about the kidnapping.
According to the recent information, obtained from the Ramazan's relatives, the kidnapped man is kept in the village of Belidji, where the special fire team is deployed. Information on the charges filed against Ramazanov is still unavailable.
