Policeman from Buryatia perished in Chechnya due to careless handling of weapons
Investigatory authorities believe that a member of the Department of Internal Affairs of Buryatia, who was found with a gunshot wound on the north of Chechnya, perished as a result of careless handling of weapons.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the body of Sergeant Dorzho Tsybikov, a 28-year-old employee of the Buryat Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), was found on October 1 at place of stationing of law enforcement agencies in the flat Naur District of Chechnya. Initially, the command officials assumed that he had committed suicide.
"The investigation into the death of Tsybikov, who died in the village of Alpatovo, is virtually complete. The investigators suggest that the death of Tsybikov was cause by a tragic accident. He perished as a result of careless handling of standard weapons," reported the military commandant's office of the republic.
