Soldier perished in accident in Armenia
On October 13, Aram Melkonyan, a 21-year-old regular soldier, perished in Armenia as a result of an accident.
The incident occurred on October 13 at 3:00 p.m. in the military unit of Idjevan.
Aram Melkonyan, a resident of Yerevan, was conscripted in spring by the Nor-Nork military office, the "NEWS.am" reports.
According to the preliminary official version, the death of the soldier was caused by careless handling of weapons. According to this version, the accident occurred when the soldier was cleaning a loaded submachine gun.
The bullet entered the Melkonyan's stomach and the soldier died in place from the wounds, the "iLur.am" reports.
