Explosives impounded from a locomotive driver in Kabardino-Balkaria
Police personnel in Nalchik detained a locomotive driver from whom four trotyl blocks of a total weight of 800 gram and seven electrical detonators were confiscated, a representative of Press service of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria reported.
"On September, 29, the personnel of district Department of Interior Affairs of Nalchik detained a locomotive driver aged 46 in "Prokhladnaya" railway station in whose car a 200 gram trotyl block was found", a representative of the Ministry of Interior Affairs reported.
During inspection of the detainee's flat in the Second street of Tamansky Division in Nalchik the operative agents discovered three more trotyl blocks of 600 gram weight, seven electrical detonators and 33 cartridges of different calibres, a report at the official web-site of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria runs.
"The explosives confiscated were sent for an examination, the channels of their delivery to the republic are being established", RIA "Novosti" quotes a representative of Press service.
