A resident of Kabardino-Balkaria reports kidnapping of her son in Tyrniauz

Albert Auesovich Tutov was kidnapped in Tyrniauz, Elbrus district of Kabardino-Balkaria. This was reported by Fatima Talovna Ulimbasheva, resident of Baksan district of the republic. The young man's relatives are afraid that members of the top brass were involved in the abduction.

According to Fatima Ulimbasheva, her son was kidnapped in Tyrniauz on September, 27, within the space of time 12:30 to 13:30, near a barber's across the street from police department.

When the young man was sitting on a bench a white "VAZ-21114" without vehicle identification numbers and with tinted window glasses drove up to him. Three masked men wearing civilian attire came out of it, knocked Tutov down on the ground, put a plastic bag on his head, forced him into the car and carried away in an unknown direction.

The kidnapped man's relatives appealed to law enforcement bodies and hired a lawyer to defend Albert's interests. They fear that he will be tortured considering that members of the top brass were involved in the abduction, a statement of "Memorial" Human Rights Center where Fatima Ulimbasheva appealed received by the "Caucasian Knot" editorial board runs.

There are no comments on the incident from representatives of law enforcement bodies yet.
