Examination results of records of the Azerbaijani aircraft that crashed down in Afghanistan disclosed
According to the initial information obtained after decoding of the "black box" of the Azerbaijani aircraft, which crashed down in Afghanistan, the trajectory of landing of the aircraft did not meet the pre-approved trajectory of landing. This was stated by Ilham Amirov, chairman of the inquiry commission and vice-president of the CJSC "AZAL".
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 6, near the Bagram Airport, contact was lost with the aircraft of the airline "Silk Way", which was about to land; then, the aircraft disappeared from radars. The Azerbaijani authorities confirmed the plane crash in Afghanistan. Ilham Amirov, the head of the inquiry commission, said that all the nine crew members died. Five of them were citizens of Azerbaijan, and four - of Uzbekistan. The responsibility for shooting the cargo aircraft down was taken by the "Taliban"; however, the Afghan authorities refuted the information.
According to the head of the inquiry commission, the reason for deviation of the trajectory is still unknown. "However, the likelihood of an external factor, which had led to the aircraft accident is zero," said Amirov.
The final results of decoding the "black box" of the craft will be presented to the commission in Afghanistan, said the "AZE.az".
