A resident of Rostov region states that she has nothing to do with the arms found in her house
Madina Bakhalaeva, resident of "Krasny Skotovod" homestead of Proletarsky district, Rostov region, states that armed and masked people burst into her house and planted arms there. This was reported by Nicolay Khailenko, lawyer of "Legal Center" legal advice agency representing the interests of the native of Dagestan.
"According to my client, early in the morning of August, 29, about 40 armed and masked people burst into her house. They put the woman and her four children, including those two months and three years old ones, on the floor and put a gun against her head. Thirty minutes later the woman was allowed to get up and then she was produced a package on the bed and a bottle behind the TV set and asked to get the latter out", Nicolay Khailenko said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to him, Madina declared that the package and the bottle did not belong to her, therefore she would not get anything out. "Then she was told that she had been keeping cartridges, trotyl and detonators in her two-month-old baby's bed. In all probability, these unlawful actions against my client were committed by personnel of law enforcement bodies", the lawyer says.
He added that he was going to file an appeal on the point to the respective authorities. "We have submitted statements to Public prosecutor's office and Investigative department asking for an inspection on the fact of unlawful actions against Madina and are waiting for the answers based on which we will act further", Khailenko remarked.
It turned out impossible to receive any comments from Proletarsky district Department of Interior Affairs for the personnel of standby unit said that they knew nothing of the incident.
