In Chechnya, WW II veterans to receive 10,000 roubles per month

Veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WW II), living in the Chechen Republic, will receive financial assistance from the national budget.The order of granting additional assistance was signed by Odes Baisultanov, Chairman of the Republic's Cabinet of Ministers. Preferential payments to the veterans will be made at the expense of the national budget.

"The other days, the republic's government approved an order on the allocation of funds to municipal districts and urban precincts of the Chechen Republic for the payment of a monthly financial assistance of the veterans of the WW II. In accordance with this document, the veterans of the WW II, living in our republic, will receive ten thousand roubles per month," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Development of Chechnya.

At present, 107 veterans of the WW II live in the Chechen Republic.
