Commission on militants' adaptation to peaceful life to help two Derbent residents

On August 3 a meeting of the City Commission on adaptation to civilian life the citizens, who decided to stop their terror and extremist activities, was held in the administration of the city of Derbent. The commission considered the applications of two people.

Following the review of applications of Timur Aliev and Anver Shikhragimov, the commission decided to file a petition to the Republic's Commission on conditional early release of Aliev and support and assistance in adaptation to civilian life to Shikhragimov. The decisions were approved unanimously, the RIA "Dagestan" reports.

The administration of Derbent reported that in the future the City Commission would be ready to provide assistance to the citizens, who decided to stop helping and other activities to members of the illegal armed formations, receive citizens' complaints against violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens during actions combating terrorism and extremism.
