Bulk terminal launched in Tuapse
Today, the bulk terminal of the city of Tuapse started filling up the warehouse. The launch of the terminal was attended by ecologists and representatives of a range of public organizations.
According to the spokesman of the Tuapse Bulk Terminal (TBT), owned by the Company "Evrokhim", granular carbamide produced at the Plant "Azot" in the Tula Region was the first product loaded to the terminal's warehouse.
The unloading started at 9:00 a.m. Moscow time and was held under incessant supervision of the experts from the state laboratory "Federal Budget Health Association Hygiene and Epidemiology Centre in the Krasnodar Territory", who were carrying out the air measurements at the boundary of the sanitary protection zone and working zone of the TBT and analyzing the influence of the terminal on the residential zone.
The results of the measurements proved that concentration of hazardous substances in the air had not exceeded the maximum permissible standard and the environmental laws were not violated.
