Realtors from Azerbaijan in Astrakhan acknowledged guilty of six murders

“Black realtors” from Azerbaijan in Astrakhan were sentenced to long terms of custody for murders and robbery.

Astrakhan regional court sentenced two citizens of Azerbaijan, Ashraf and Amid Nuruev, uncle and nephew, to long terms of custody for committing a series of murders for the purpose of taking possession of flats.

According to the investigation’s version, the crimes went on since July, 2010. The defendants used to take their victims out to steppe zones and kill them with the use of knives and an axe, they carefully concealed the traces of their crimes and set fire to one of the victims, web-site of Astrakhan regional Public prosecutor’s office reports.

Based on the verdict of the jury, Ashraf Nuruev was sentenced to 25 years of custody five of which he will serve in prison and twenty in a strict regime colony. His nephew was sentences to 23 years of custody in a strict regime colony, “Interfax” reports.

The defendants were acknowledged guilty of committing robbery assaults with infliction of grave harm to the sufferers’ health, murders of two or more persons connected with robbery and attempts at people’s lives committed by a group of persons by previous concert on mercenary grounds.
