Moscow's Court rejected material damage compensation to parents of children lost in Yeysk Spit

Today, the Tver Court of Moscow rejected the claim of the relatives of the schoolchildren lost in Yeysk Spit, containing demand of compensation for material damages. As the lawyer Igor Trunov, who represents the families of the deceased, said, the court's decision would be appealed.

Let us remind that four families appealed to the Department of Finance of Moscow with the demand to compensate material spending which was incurred by the tragedy.

According to Igor Trunov, the court's decision may be appealed within 10 days at the Moscow City Court, and he announced the intention to lodge an appeal, the "Interfax" reports.

Earlier, the Zyuzinsky Moscow Court has suspended the proceeding on another civil suit lodged by these families, in which the complainants asked to collect 16 million roubles for compensation of moral damages.
