Moscow: condition of gas explosion victims from Vladikavkaz is grave
As of 8 p.m. on June 27, Moscow clinics kept 12 victims of the explosion of the gas cylinder in Vladikavkaz. All of them with burn injuries were hospitalized to resuscitation wards of the clinics.
The total number of victims of the blast now makes 55 persons; the condition of 20 of them, including 6 children, is rated as grave. Early in the morning on June 26, an aircraft of the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) brought 12 victims to Moscow's best hospitals.
As reported by Irbek Doev, the spokesperson of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania in Moscow, on June 28 the staff of the Mission and volunteers from among the Ossetians living in Moscow will give the blood needed for the victims.
Earlier, employees of the Mission visited the clinics, learnt about the state of the victims and found out what help they needed in the first place.
Relatives of the victims were accommodated at the hotel "Orekhovo" of the Russian MfE. The Mission is in constant contact with victims' relatives and the staff of the hotel.
The republic's authorities have undertaken to finance the priority expenditures.
