Second figurant in "Domodedovo" terror act arrested today by Moscow court
The Basmanny Court of Moscow has ruled in absentia to arrest Rustam Altemirov, another suspect of committing the terrorist act in the "Domodedovo" Airport.
"Altemirov, accused of the terror act in the 'Domodedovo' Airport, has been arrested in absentia by the court decision," the "Interfax" quotes Ekaterina Korotova, the press secretary of the Basmanny Court.
According to her story, Altemirov is accused under part 2, Article 105 (murder committed by an organized group), and part 3, Article 205 (terrorism), of the Russian Criminal Code, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Basmanny Court of Moscow sanctioned today the arrest in absentia of still another suspected figurant in the "Domodedovo" case - Islam Evloev, a distant relative of Magomed Evloev, the suicide bomber, according to investigators.
