According to the Prosecutor General's Office, at night on December 6, 2010, a group of young alcohol intoxicated non-residents stopped near public transport station in Kronshtadt Boulevard of the capital. This group, using a trifling reason, provoked the conflict with the fans of the FC "Spartak".
According to investigators, during the fight Aslan Cherkesov, one of the participants in a brawl, applied a traumatic gun and shot out of it several times.
