Krasnodar court finds killing stray dogs in place unlawful

The Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar has ruled to recognize the activities of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Bastille" of killing stray dogs to be illegal. The LLC specialists engaged in sanitary clearing activities were killing animals in the city and in the eyes of residents.

The materials on the LLC "Bastille" arrived to the court from the prosecutor's office of Krasnodar.

It was established in the course of the check that the LLC killed stray animals with special darts filled with a liquid that caused animals' agonizing death by suffocation, which, according to the court, is inhumane, the "Zhivaya Kuban" (Live Kuban) writes.

Having considered the claim, the court found the activities of the "Bastille" of using the medicine named Adilin-Super and its analogues to kill stray animals to be illegal. However, the court's decision has not yet entered its legal force, as the defendant has filed an appeal complaint.
