Parents of children who drowned in Yeisk file a new lawsuit

On June 21, the Zyuzino Court of Moscow will consider the case about the death of schoolchildren in summer rehabilitation camp, which was located on Yeisk Spit. This was reported by lawyer Liudmila Aivar, who is defending the victims.

Let us remind you that this case is already tried by the Tver District Court of Moscow. There, the next session on the case is scheduled for June 29. The Finance Department of the Moscow Government is the respondent.

"This lawsuit is different, because the trial run by the Tver Court has different figurants, and other legal requirements and legal norms, to which we refer," said Liudmila Aivar.

According to her story, two preliminary court hearings have already been held on the new lawsuit; and on June 21 the court will consider the case on the merits. The presented claims cover the material damage caused by the death of people, and compensation for physical and moral harm.
