Head of Dagestani RUVD did not rule out involvement of officials in attempt on him

According to Bibulatov, on May 7, he came home from work around midnight, went to bed and woke up from the sound of explosion. "Experts came and said that a grenade was thrown into the yard. It blew up near the window, where my bedroom was before; now it's my son's room. He was not hurt. A criminal case was opened; so far, it is studying the fact of hooliganism," said the colonel.
