Criminal case against sister of supposed "Domodedovo" suicide bomber stopped
The sister and fellow villager of suicide bomber Magomed Evloev, who blew himself up at the Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport, have been released from custody; all suspicions against them are cancelled.
According to a source from law enforcement bodies of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), "Magomed's sister Fatima Evloeva and his fellow villager Umar Aushev had been detained within the inquiry of the 'Domodedovo' terror act; however, today they were acquitted of all their charges."
The source has stressed that "they are fully rehabilitated; and the criminal case against them has been dismissed," the RIA "Novosti" reports.
This information was also confirmed by the advocates of former detainees. According to Umar Khayauri, Aushev's advocate, in relation to his client "the criminal case has been completely stopped with abolition of charges and release from custody," the ITAR-TASS reports.
