In Dagestan, dozens of houses are flooded by heavy rains

About 50 houses were flooded in the village of Atlanaul, Buinaksk District of Dagestan, after heavy rains. This was reported by the republic's department of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies (MfE).

"In total, the flooded households are inhabited by 60 persons, including 37 children. Fortunately, nobody was hurt. Residents of flooded households were resettled to their relatives and neighbours. It's not raining now," said a source from the MfE.

As of 7:20 p.m. Moscow time on May 7, there is no water in the yards and living premises, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
