Torchlight march and rally held in Nagorno-Karabakh in memory of victims of Armenian Genocide

Tonight in Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, the youth wing of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) "Dashnaktsutun" of Artsakh and the "Aram Manukyan" Student Union organized a torchlight march in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that before the march, 7:00 p.m. local time, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, head of the Artsakh Eparchy of the Armenian Apostolic Church, conducted a funeral service in St Akop Church.

Then, the torchlight march started its way from the Church to the Memorial Complex of Stepanakert, where a rally was held, where "the crimes committed by authorities of Turkey and Azerbaijan against Armenians" were condemned.

Traditionally, on April 24, residents of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, and members of Armenian Diasporas all over the world commemorate victims of the Armenian Genocide.
