One of attackers on Moscow tourists liquidated in Kabardino-Balkaria

Azamat Sizhazhev, 26, one of those involved in the attack on Moscow tourists in Kabardino-Balkaria, was killed in the city of Baksan at rendering resistance. It was reported today by the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

As established by the investigation, the attack on tourists was committed by the residents of Nalchik Muzarin Ozoev, 28, and Azamat Sizhazhev, 26, who had been announced into search. They are also suspected of involvement in attacks on power agents in the urban settlement of Zalukokoazhe, Zolskiy District, on February 2, 2011.

Sizhazhev was shot dead on April 14 in the city of Baksan at rendering armed resistance to law enforcers of the local MIA. The search of Ozoev is continued, the RIA "Novosti" reports with reference to the ICRF.
