Ex-imam of a village mosque killed in Dagestan

Last night unidentified people killed an ex-imam of a village mosque in Kizlyar district of Dagestan, Alkhas Amirkhnov, Senior assistant of Head of republican Investigative Department of Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation for media relations, reported. 

The accident took place in the village of Borozdinovka.

Some strangers shot down ex-imam of the village of Averyanovka Nuri Ramazanov from self-firers in the courtyard of his house. He died on-site from the wounding, RIA "Novosti" report. 

We will remind that at night of April, 9, two unknown people fired from self-firers into a window of a house in the village of Yasnaya Polyana located in Kizlyar district of Dagestan, too. Imam of the mosque Magomed Saipulaev perished as a result.

Earlier, on December, 14, 2010, the imam of the mosque in the village of Gubden, Karadudakhkent district, was killed, too. On November, 1, 2010, an imam of one of the mosques of Khasavyurt was killed.
