Check of Raznochinovskiy boarding school, Astrakhan Region, reveals no violations
An audit conducted by investigating bodies of the ICRF (Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation) for the Astrakhan Region at the Raznochinovskiy orphanage-boarding school in the context of reports about multiple deaths of pupils found no evidences of crime.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the ICRF conducted an inspection of the Raznochinovskiy orphanage-boarding school in the Astrakhan Region, where, according to preliminary reports, 34 children died of various diseases over the past 10 years.
"Investigators decided not to initiate a criminal case against Valentina Urazalieva, director of the Raznochinovskiy orphanage-boarding school for mentally retarded children, and other employees of that institution," the "Interfax" quotes its source from the ICRF.
Investigators withdrew for check all medical records on every deceased child; the reasons for placing children into the boarding school, the adequacy of medical treatment and reasons of deaths were studied.
