Organizing assemblage of Taiwanese make of Luxgen car is being planned in Karachaevo-Cherkessia

Taiwanese company Yulon and "Derways" factory located in Cherkessk (Karachaevo-Cherkessia) are negotiating on assemblage of Luxgen cars on the base of "Derways" factory.

“Luxgen brand belongs to Yulon company. The partners are first of all interested in industrial assemblage of Luxgen 7 SUV cross-over. As a result of negotiations, the companies reached an agreement that will let them organize the assemblage of this make of car by the end of the year”, Semen Belanov, Head of Department of Development of “Khaima” limited company of Circassian factory "Derways" said.

Upon preliminary calculation, the cost of such a car will make about one million rubles.

“Financial arrangements of this cooperation are currently in process. Manufacturing a new brand is a complex task and it will take some time to fulfill it. There are also a number of technical and engineering questions, as to how and at which areas weld, painting and assemblage will be organized. This needs space and equipment”, Belanov said.

According to Semen Belanov, manufacturing the new brand will result in an increase of the factory staff by 200 or more vacancies.
