As a result of a storm of a house in the settlement of Kani, Kuli district of Dagestan, where there were three supposed gunmen suspected of involvement in an assault at a bailiff committed on March, 21, two of them were killed.

We will remind that in the evening of March, 21, unidentified people in the settlement of Kani fired from tommy guns upon a “VAZ-2109” car belonging to Gadis Bagdaev, employee of the district department of Federal Court Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation in Dagestan. The bailiff died on-site from the wounding he got. A counter-terrorist operation regime was established in the district.

We were told at the Department of Interaction with mass media of Prosecutor's committee of inquiry of the Russian Federation that the personnel successfully blocked a tenantless house where three people involved in the murder of the bailiff were hiding themselves. In reply to the demand of surrender the suspects opened fire. Two of them were killed by backfire. Security officials are currently searching for the third one, ITAR-TASS reports.
