A child killed as a result of violation of cease-fire regime at the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan

A nine-year-old resident of the village of Orta, Agdam district, was killed as a result of violation of cease-fire regime at the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Islam Gasymov, Public prosecutor of Agdam district, reported that on March, 8, at about 17 or 18 o'clock Fariz Arzu oglu Badalov was wounded by firing from the village of Shykhlar where Armenian troops are dislocated.

The bullet got into the child's head. He died on the way to hospital, Aze.az reports.

The Azerbaijani party states that fire came from the Armenian troops' place of dislocation. The Armenian party has not yet commented on the accident.
