A picket is on at the building of the Regional Court in Vilnius with a demand of an open trial of Egle Kusaite, a citizen of Lithuania, accused of preparing terror act in Russia; all kinds of people came to take part in the action.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Thomas Chivas, a Lithuanian journalist, people with flags and banners are standing in front of the Vilnius Regional Court and demand to make the trial open. Today, Egle Kusaite's advocate will again demand at the court open sessions on the case of Kusaite and Chechens Magmadovs.

"Earlier, the Court had rejected all the demands of an open litigation, arguing that secret witnesses figure in the case - members of the Lithuanian State Security (VSD). Our challenge of the judges and prosecutors who take part in the process gave no result," Thomas Chivas told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to his story, quite a lot of Lithuanian media people have gathered outside the courthouse.
