Three suspects of blowing up "Domodedovo" indicted

Charges of terrorism have been presented to three residents of Ingushetia - the brother, sister and fellow villager of the suicide bomber at the "Domodedovo" Airport, who are believed to be accomplices.

"The earlier detained brother and sister of the "Domodedovo" suicide bomber - Akhmed Evloev and Fatima Evloeva - and the terrorist's fellow villager Umar Aushev have seen their charges under Articles 205 (terrorism), 209 (banditism), 222 (illegal circulation of arms and ammunition) and 223 (making weapons) of the Russian Criminal Code," said a source in law enforcement bodies of Ingushetia.

Umar Khiyauri, Aushev's advocate, has confirmed the fact of presentation of indictment to his client. However, he expressed his complete disagreement with this decision and called the indictment groundless. "According to the Russian Code of Criminal Procedure, one should have sufficient evidences for bringing these allegations; however, there are no such evidences in the case; and they can't ever be there, because my client has nothing to do with this crime," said the defender.

In their turn, advocates of Akhmed Evloev and Fatima Evloeva have also expressed their complete disagreement with the decision of investigatory bodies and insist on innocence of their clients in relation to the terror act committed in "Domodedovo", the "Interfax" reports.
