Ukraine deports suspect of Kuschevskaya massacre to Russia

On February 15, the Ukrainian authorities satisfied the request of the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of Russia to give out Vladimir Alexeev, who is accused of murdering several persons in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory. This was announced by Marina Gridneva, spokesperson of the GPO. The detainee was extradited to Russia, along with Vyacheslav Ryabtsev, on February 9.

"It has been established that in November 2010 Alekseev, being a member of a criminal grouping and acting according earlier defined roles, was directly involved in killing 12 persons, including minors, in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory," Ms Gridneva said as quoted by the RIA "Novosti".
